Teach me about logical grammar.
So the only way i can decipher this is that there is "unspoken words" (text?) that "speak" (declare) "that speech is not spoken until spoke" (speech is only speech when spoken)
Is that how it was intended? English is not my first language so this just looked like gibberish to me at first.
