Are you happy?

Have you had any issues since the surgery?

Can you orgasm?

Any unique hygiene issues?

What are some non-obvious post-surgery things that only become apparent when everything settles back into a routine?

oh, yeah - I wish I could have ovaries, that would be amazing; I also wish I could have a uterus, but I guess in some ways it is convenient not to have one (no menstruating). I also like the control I have over hormones by injecting them, rather than ovaries that follow a fertility cycle that would be mostly irrelevant to my needs.

Yes the cramps and nausea I get from stress and ulcers is bad already sometimes but that's reducing with therapy and meds.
