I’m a bit put off by them calling this open source. Much of the Raspberry Pi is not open hardware. What are we to call a RISC-V-based version, super-duper-open source?

I guess the design of the components is open, so technically could be adopted to a RISC-V Pi alternative. Two promising options would be

Oooh, making a RISC-V SBC that apes the Pi’s layout & pinout is a clever idea.
