Even assuming that this is true - I didn't say that he did.
What he did choose to do though - was turning country into a mass prison and kidnapping people on the streets and sending them into the meat ginder (so, murdering them).

Except Putin is actually doing those things. Ukraine has a draft, which is not great, but isn't kidnapping people off the streets. That's completely disingenuous at best.
The number of people having no idea what’s going on is too damn high. This has been reported by many mainstream Western media outlets for months.
I can only find reports of Russian soldiers kidnapping people in Ukraine, reports of things that seem clearly like conscription and not kidnapping, and things from sources that aren't credible.
Do you have a credible source that shows that this is a real phenomenon? I can't find one
A BBC article is the first result from just searching it. Its a widely talked about fact and if you can't find "anything" you need to actually read the search results.

First result? I couldn't get it as a result at all. I get a bunch of quora threads and articles from really low profile news outlets.
Yeah that is troubling, even if the cause of it is corruption as the second article implies. I understand the draft given the circumstances of the invasion, but sneaking people into vans, beating them, and asking questions later isn't justified at all. Becoming a brutal authoritarian in order to repel the invading forces of another is kinda futile.

The Kyiv regime most definitely kidnaps people on the streets. Wherever they can find them, really. It's conscription.
Yeah, Zelensky's regime definitely doesn't kidnap people off the streets. There are no masked people hunting people on the streets and putting them into vans without plates. Videos about that happening almost every day, especially so in last week are all fakes and Russian propaganda (even when Ukrainian sources write about it).

Some people got arrested relating to not following the law relating to the draft. Yes, that’s terrifying. It’s still not even remotely close to what you are claiming.

Yeah, I guess you're actually right about that, when you look at what Zelensky does to Ukrainians - it indeed sounds quite similar to the western propaganda about what Putin/Russia does...
Dont even bother with those people. They are not uninformed, they know what is happening and they lie on purpose

It's my family and friends that could be next. I should at least try to persuade people to stop that..
