my two cents is that MAYBE people would stop feeling like shit after eating fast food if they actually included some fucking vegetables.

oh nooooo i ate a meat consisting of only bread, meat, and cheese and now i feel sick, how could this be!!!

Gotta say, even just adding lettuce to the breakfast tacos helped greatly.

it's almost like we're made to have fibre in our diet, or something
