Yes, DLCs are included in categories. Kind of ridiculous TBH.

Assets get reused all the time. Elden Ring base game is reusing assets from Sekiro and Dark Souls 3. I haven't played Rebirth but I'm pretty sure it's also reusing assets from the previous Final Fantasy remake.
