Why would I pay so much for such thing?
Because $350 couldn't possibly buy enough hardware to run a modern operating system!
I would say Win11 runs rather well even on old crappy devices. If they let it run on it :)
Or just use linux and dont worry.
640K ought to be enough for everybody.
