The case was settled via a plea agreement signed in Las Vegas last week when Jessup admitted guilt to a lesser, Level B felony count of sexual assault that could still carry multiple years in prison. He was facing a Level A felony where he could have spent 20 years to life in prison.

Jesus. He raped her.
