I see Trump, I downvote and block the community
I mean, you do you but it's a Canadian politics community and Donald Trump/Justin Trudeau are pretty (to put it mildly) relevant to Canadian politics
Now to find out every community in which you comment, and post a trump story.
Enjoy!
I've seen a few comments from people who've blocked posts by keyword. "Trump", "Musk" etc. I think it's totally fair to want to curate your feeds to fit your interests. You might want to explore that as an alternative approach to what IMO is a valid desire.
I'm worried for you if you just block by community because:
You'll be perpetually playing whack-a-mole and it'll be an exhausting and frustrating experience for you. And that would suck.
You'll eventually have blocked such a significant swathe of Lemmy that it might feel artificially empty to you. And that would also suck.
Bye! Enjoy ignoring reality for the rest of your life!
How often do you see Trump? Should we be worried?
Stupidest thing I've seen today.
