This is not really a missile, but a missile-drone. It's kind of a new type of weapon. The stats are confidential, but allegedly it has a range of up to 700km.
The "missile-drone" is powered by a jet engine, ~~which is probably the reason it's not technically a missile.~~

The word palianytsia (a hearth-baked bread) is a shibboleth that has been used to unmask foreign agents in Ukraine's armed forces, who are usually unable to pronounce the word correctly.

cruise missiles are jet powered, but this one is not named so for political reasons ("if Ukrainians have their own cruise missiles, why do we need to give them ours")
