Ah yes, of course! Why didn't I think of that? Guess I'll wait till next November when open enrollment is back and I'm allowed to change providers to whomever my company picked for me for 2026.
Another great nugget of advice! My savings of less than a week's worth of legal fees will surely topple a massive company that has been getting away with this long enough to have more lawyers than I have friends!
If you have a valid case against such a high value target, the lawyers won't care how much you make.
Only if there is a good chance to win or settle. Validity is one part.
