The first postal is free, only the remaster currently costs money for the first game.
Edit: No idea what the logic is for a third party charging for the Dreamcast version is though... maybe they have some sort of agreement with RWS

Sorry I edited my comment because shortly afterwards I found an article about them making the original open source. Is someone charging for a Dreamcast version?
