Bedbugs can handle 90°F just fine. You need to sustain at least 125°F for at least four hours to really desiccate them.
90 degrees outside the car? The inside of that car is gonna BAKE. And 2 hours before and after high noon ain't shit. cook those hoes.
125°F for four hours is needed to kill the eggs too.
