Homemade Sriracha Recipe from image:
2 cups Thai peppers
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup white vinegar
3 garlic cloves
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp salt
We went looking for it in the store, apparently there's still a chili pepper shortage...
Hmmm. I think according to sellers there's an everything shortage of they can sell something cheap for much more than it's worth
Plus with the pepper shortage, how would I be able to make it myself anyway? I can't get the peppers either!
