Similar to Japanese Sashimi, this dish uses fresh uncooked shrimp soaked in fish sauce. The quality of this dish requires good shrimp, and excellent fish sauce.

If your on vacation, make sure you have a strong stomach before trying!

If you buy fish sauce, beware that not all fish sauce is sugar free. check for sugar - some vendors add it.
