The steel plate Marv had installed into his fractured skull after all the head blows in Home Alone 1 is the only way I can imagine he survives all those bricks hitting him in 2.

I wonder if Marv took the metal plate out because every time Harry used the microwave, Marv pissed himself and forgot who he was for 30 minutes.
