For those of you who don't clean their buds very often, a new version of the Pixel Buds app will start showing you a notification telling you it's cleaning time every 120 hours of wearing them.

It's sad but it wouldn't be a bad thing if there were just discreet notifications reminding you to drink water, get out and take a short walk and so many other basic things gamers and internet addicts just easily forget as they quickly lose their sense of time.

Nintendo has done that. A lot of their games tell you to take a break after a while

The Nintendo 3DS game Zelda: A Link Between Worlds also had something similar, there was a functionality inside with which you could ask for hints in quests in exchange for Play Coins, which you could obtain only by walking a certain amount of steps with the 3DS in sleep mode.

A lot of mainline Nintendo games had Play Coin functionality. What comes to my mind first was Animal Crossing: New Leaf, where you could exchange 10 for a fortune cookie, containing a piece of Nintendo-themed furniture.
