Congress can't exactly do anything because moron voters keep voting for Republican morons. So, we've been left with a constant state of deadlock for the past few decades.
Even when they voted for Obama in 2008, they fucked him over in 2010 by electing a bunch of congressional Republicans.
I meant in this particular session, Dems got a few things through congress last term, with the Reps controlling all levels you would think they could stop with the EOs and just pass laws?
