The DPRK is ramping up defensive measures. They tend to have pretty good Intel so they must have caught wind of something worrisome.

The attempted coup was going to blame the DPRK, and what's scary is how close it was to succeeding. It was supposedly only stopped because of massive citizen protests, and the douchebag who started it was incompetent.
