This article doesn't mention what the ruling was. This is a long article that has many quotes from many people directly or tangentially involved in this story, but the rather important detail of what the ruling that the judge ruled on is left out.
The judge granted the temporary restraining order. This is a preliminary ruling, the case is not yet over. To grant a temporary restraining order, they had to show a likelihood to succeed on the merits of the case, and to show irreparable harm if the order is not granted. The fact that the temporary restraining order was granted is a very good sign for the future of this case, but it is not over. The order lasts 14 days. It is almost assuredly going to renewed until the case reaches its conclusion.
