Hey folks,

Made a post yesterday on !politics@lemmy.world

Here it is on our instance: https://lemmings.world/post/21083652

It shows up whether I'm logged in or not, but I was surprised to see it at +1 after a day - so I checked !politics@lemmy.world , and it's missing from the New queue where I would expect to see it based on its position as seen on: https://lemmings.world/c/politics@lemmy.world

Thank you very much folks!

๐Ÿ’ญWonder how often this has happened to various Lemmings over the years... hopefully most folks know to try again somehow and don't think they're ignored! ๐Ÿ™‚

That sadly happens from time to time. I federated the post manually, though I'm afraid that won't be much help as it's two days old now.

What @Chris@feddit.uk said might help, any action on your post (comment, upvote, downvote etc.) causes a new federation and Lemmy automatically fetches the content that's being upvoted/commented etc. if it doesn't exist yet.

Thank you @i_am_not_a_robot@feddit.uk for the info too ๐Ÿ™‚

Heya again, browsing Top 24h All I noticed a small fraction of posts versus another instanceโ€™s Top 24h All I just happened to browse - no further research into this yet, planned to post but noticed this old thread and throwing it out there now.

(These were posts with hundreds of upvotes across various communities)

Most importantly -

Thank you for the great work rikudou!!!
