Everything I've read so far says he died from head trauma after falling from his balcony while drunk. Do you have a source?
It's a joke from a final interview that TWKYK did about Trevor's death. It was discussed when he was alive that if he died they were required to make up the most hilarious dirty jokes about how he actually died. They respected his wishes, the Internet has carried the torch since then.
