If Biden weren't partially to blame, then the Biden admin would have offered to restart the agreement with no changes. Instead, the Biden admin has demands for Iran to make more concessions to re-start the deal the US unilaterally terminated - a deal that Iran never violated. Biden is no better than Trump.

It's pretty clear I think all sanctions should be ended. All sanctions ever do is hurt the people.
"Solution". There isn't a way for us to force Iran to change. That has to come from within. Sanctions don't do that - siege warfare just forces everyone in Iran to hunker down and endure Western aggression, with the poorest being hurt the worst. The solution is peace.
So keep trying and keeping those governments in power and wealth. Makes sense.
