oneplus, SAMSUNG. google and apple are usa. from my understanding samsung phones for international users on some models are better than thier usa counterparts mainly because samsung wants people to buy the expensive flagship phones over the budget and mid phones.
OnePlus is Chinese, Samsung is South Korean
Just a minor nitpick: Samsung is not American but from South Korea. If you're looking for "don't buy from the US" than they'd be a valid option.
If you're looking for "buy European" than the difference doesn't matter though.
