I find this headline a tad hyperbolic. The reality is that the eleven nuclear-powered CATOBAR aircraft carriers are not going away. And the United States is still gonna have the power,

Yeah but instead of encouraging other nations with diplomacy the good guy veil is off. Now people have to ask if we are the baddies. Especially, if those carriers are being turned on former allies. Plus who wants to work with a country that does through bipolar episodes every 4 years.
