Yes and no. It's still a hit to his attempt to grow his control (read: now he can't threaten them with turning off starlink). Extra so if everyone else sees that there's a viable alt to Starlink; which there will be if people start buying it so it can continue investing.

As for guillotines, stop, I can only get so erect.
