I found a video on youtube where the instructions are listed but I'm a complete newb and I need commands or to follow along watching someone fix the issue.

You're going to have to give more details... Why are you getting logged out? Who's you're provider?

I'm using it for Gmail. I'm not sure why I'm getting logged out. I just get prompted to log in when I open up Evolution every morning.
