This stuff doesn't work anymore, and hasn't since around the year 2000. It was designed to fool the pre-Google search engines, and there are related techniques with a lot more sophistication that do work against Google, but just throwing a bunch of keywords onto your pages, I think even Google in its modern enshittified state is not susceptible to.
