Just 2 weeks someone created this fake trailer for the American version of "Papers, please" and I am now bummed this isn't a real DLC.

I watched that when it was released and was sure it was a real dlc for the first minute. So well done!
Top comment when I looked was, "I would pay the price of a dozen eggs to be able to play this DLC."
I would be willing to pay 2 dozen eggs worth, and I would have to buy the game as well as the DLC.
The dev could make it tho
If dev is American or lives in US soil, he may need to leave first
He apparently lives in Japan with his Japanese wife that he met doing game dev.
