Let’s hope it lasts. We already gave Cawthorn the boot. Boebert, Gaetz, MTG, and the rest of the sedition caucus should all be right behind him.

Gaetz and MTG are in some of the safest districts in the country. They’re not going anywhere unless their party puts up a competitor.

There is a possibility MTG will abandon that office to try to run for a bigger one. She was mouthing off or something recently about running for senate or governor.

Hope she does. Best thing that could possibly happen for the Georgia Democrats. But most likely just lying as usual.

What are the odds the voters realize that keeping them in office actually hurts the GOPs agenda? Not good? Yeah probably not good.

[-] BlemboTheThird@lemmy.ca 3 points 1 year ago

Ah but you see, their candidates are the only ones promoting the TRUE GOP agenda, unlike all those other RINOs who are corrupt and need pushing further right. And if nothing gets done, or more freedoms taken away, either way, just more proof that government doesn't work and they made the right vote.

For sure, but goons like her will often fool themselves into thinking the braggy lies are the sincere truth. The more she repeats the bullshit, the more likely she acts on it and does something incredibly dumb.

Can she run while staying a house rep?

[-] teamevil@lemmy.world 3 points 1 year ago

Do you think she'll actually check‽

Brave, Brave Sir Hawley?

I'm sure constantly having to wait in line for the dark house ride had something to do with it.
