Zen seems pretty pricey, 500Mbps for £42 vs the same for £26 from Gigaclear

That is an intro price for Gigaclear. I have a few friends who have had Gigaclear for over the 18 months, and they appear to stick to the "for new customers only" rule and made them pay full price, so Gigaclear will increase to ~£43 after the promo.

However is that the Zen when dealing with OpenReach? A lot of that cost are due to BT and externalised from Zen.

I would pay for Gigaclear just to avoid BT and their despicable practices.

DISCLAIMER am a very happy Gigaclear customer after years of BT (sorry "OpenReach") fucking me around
