Crossing the road at Bourke Street Mall:

A man in an Australian flag shirt holding an Israeli flag shouts at the crowd waiting for the tram
Magician busker asks people to stop to watch him perform so he can go home and sleep
Homeless man shouts UGLY BITCH at no one in particular
Violinist busker plays Ludovico Einaudi. He is the only one getting any attention.

And that’s on top of all the usual leaflets people

It never gets boring.

My favorite there was a good few years back - skinny longhaired teenager playing New York State of Mind on transparent vinyl bagpipes. And he did a stompin good job of it too.
