Only in the sense that "capitalism" means "the Government of a Western Nation." Since you really need me to walk you through this: if you let Tankies dictate your actions, you will not end up in a stateless society. You will end up in a war-torn authoritarian state.
But actual anarchists also oppose governments of Western nations. If the alleged tankies are only fomenting anarchist sympathy rather than arguing in favor of dictatorships, then what's the difference? Are you trying to say that we can't get rid of Western capitalism until we take down the Chinese government first?
Actual Anarchists oppose the government of all nations, except maybe EU and some of Africa as they already approach syndicalism of sorts. Yes, you should have a plan and contingency for the worst and largest nations on earth before destroying the USA, otherwise the USA will just be replaced with a puppet state in the power vacuum.
In the end, stop gap political actions are all we can do for now in the US.
