[SOLVED: I Still Believe from Miss Saigon] Hey Lemmy, can you help me identify this melody stuck in my head?

I've transcribed it up top; can't seem to find it. Feels like a bit of a movie score in my head, but no clue.
It sounds like the kind of melody that would go over top of something from Two Steps from Hell.
Unfortunately it's not one I know and I'm not too familiar with their recent releases. But maybe it's something from them or a similar "epic music" producer that you heard recently, once or twice, and it got lodged in your subconscious.
