it should just be based on your system clock
what frontend/app/ui are you using? just https://lemmy.ca/ ? what place in the UI is showing incorrect timezone?
maybe reboot your device to be sure? I've seen Chrome on Android not correctly fix my timezone when I cross timezones until rebooting
Just lemmy.ca yeah. My system uses the correct timezone for me, but when I check the date of posting by hovering over the indicator of how long ago the post was made, it just gives me the time in GMT.
