MODERATORS
The idea is it reduces the embarrassment of the photo. This made the news years ago.
I know getting your mugshot taken isn’t exactly a joyous experience but why can none of them pull off a neutral “I’m not guilty” face? Like it’s either weirdo smiles or murderous glares. Just make a plain face like you’re at the DMV.
Uhh, my DMV picture looks worse than these. It looks like they woke me up from a drunk state and I have no idea what's going on (I had to go pretty early, so was really tired and unshaven).
