With your fingers? Do you completely submerge them in mayo or something?
The only time it is acceptable to use a fork for fries is whith those super soggy ones that were immersed in ketchup/mayo. You use a fork to scoop those up and put them in the trash. Those are far worse than pineapple on pizza or fries with ketchup.
I'm getting British vibes from you.
It's the formal way of doing it in Italy though?
