Canada would've 100% voted in a conservative government if it wasn't for Trump and his fuckups.
Absolutely.
Trudeau saw what happened with Biden bowing out too late and fucked off promptly, enabling the Liberals to win with a new leader.
But Conservatives won a lot of seats. PP has been staved off for the next cycle, but it is not a guarantee that it will be the same the next elections.
Keep an eye on it. Those people aren't gone, they're just overshadowed.
Thankfully we get much longer terms so maybe we can ride out the storm.
I wish nothing but the best for you all up there. It would seem like the far right is working like hell to get in everywhere.
