Yes, yes, it's the wage slave workers who have unreasonable expectations placed on them in order to feed themselves and their families that are at fault in the our capitalist system. I see that now.
If they would like to respond to the pressures of unfair quotas by not doing their job then they should do it proper and go on strike or quit and force change through high turnover, not screw over the customer. I work a bullshit underpaid job too, but I don't neglect my responsibilities and give my clientele the short end of the stick.
