Vivaldi has native ad-blocking and it's quite good. The top extensions were always better, but I never see ads and most of the time YT is fine with maybe 12–24hrs of annoyance at times waiting for updated lists. Consider it 95% uptime for YT, 100% for all else.

Vivaldi is an excellent choice for that and many other reasons.
