Body builders have been injecting T for ages, but when I call that "gender affirming care" they get mad?

I was more thinking of the diy side of things but ya messing with hormones is hrt even if it's male to male

Estrogen isn't a controlled substance so it's easier to get than testosterone. As far as I am aware DIY estrogen is a lot more common because of the legal risks associated with testosterone.
