protip:
acquire a 'smoking jacket'. windbreaker, hoodie, something that is your outerlayer of 'ick' protection. this won't fix things 100%, but just having something you do your dirty deeds in, then remove and put away, if you take a moment to wash your hands and face it'll help enormously.
