I'm a Browns fan, and wholeheartedly agree. Idiotic blind optimism, even when the team does stupid, stupid, stupid, stupid,...*checks notes...stupid things.

Sorry. Sorry. Even as a joke I can't condone supporting a rapist.

I was one of the few people I knew who was furious about him. I wasn't hoping he would fail ON the field, (because Browns) but I thought he probably would. Not particularly glad, but it is also a pretty ignominious chapter of the team. I tried to cheer for the defense as much as possible
