You missed the part where Cruz called Hodges a racial slur after he cut in front of Hodges in line.
Defending Cruz just because he's trans, even though he plead guilty, is fascist in and of itself.
Stop making excuses for shitty behavior. You're in a descent into fascism, it looks like.
Cruz is She, Hodge is He. Think you got them backwards.
Cruz is a biological male. He is no longer civilized enough to be recognized as such, as he's no doubt trying to hide behind such a status.
Cruz instigated this situation and Ray Hodges is now dead. Cruz also has a knife violence history coupled with the medications he has to take to remain his preferred gender.
No excuses. Trying to get a reduced sentence and to serve it in a female's prison by claiming it was a hate crime? And against a black male? Irony eh
Nah. He's a human that killed another human in a deli because he cut in line.
Ray had 2 kids at home. Now they're fatherless. Cruz deserves life in prison.
