Using 3D prints as sextoys with any kind of materials is a bad idea because of higene. The layer lines will accumulate lots of dirty stuff and are basically impossible to clean. Same goes for food related items.

Ive seen people use beeswax as a mold release, it apparently works really well as a release and fills in the layer lines in the mold so that don't transfer to the cast. Or at least that what I've read.
