He's wrong by default because he fell for the LeftRightism demobilisation memes, but it is true that nearly all politicians work for the preservation of the status above all else. Those that performatively go against the grain, are tokenist politicians, like Noam Chomsky, serce the system by denouncing it. Autoflagellants.
Now the way out of this is "Effective Action", organized, targeted, effective not demonstrative. The demonstration is the warning before action. The proof they mean business with barely contained violence.
