First we have to remind them by showing corporate profit increases for hmm, 20? years on everyday goods most people use. Periodically a news item pops up, people grumble a bit, go back to their lives, then begin defending again.

Bird flu and eggs, for example

tp and "lingering" COVID supply chain issues

N thing and tariffs (not saying there's no effect, just that like every other excuse, it's way over-exploited)
