How do you deal with that age difference? I have a crush (gym crush) that is around 14 years younger than me. However, I don't approach him and I am quite apprehensive of doing so because of the age difference. We do say "hi" to each other and he does seem somewhat interested in talking to me.

Well, in our case there is no weirdness because of the age gap. We share many things in how we see life and we love being together, so that's that.

Late to the party, sorry - I just wanted to say, go for it, man. Just approach him like any other person, kind, respectful, curious. I'm in a relationship with a man half my age (~ 24 years difference), we've been having a wonderful time for about five years now. There are very few instances where the age gap is something we have to "deal with".
