Lemmy can succeed while breaking arbitrary ~~server~~ CoMmUnItY rules, and if you don't think this discussion has merit then you only want Lemmy to succeed in your narrow view of what "success" is, I guess.

This discussion breaks community rules, not server rules. The breakage is so flagrant that I don't know why you're bothering to argue. Just say you don't want rules.
