If you are even vaguely Latino in this country, it could happen to you at any moment. Nobody is safe.

They have gotten some very tanned white folk too. Hense why no one wants to go to a tanning bed where the point was to look darker.
And they won't stop there. Fascism needs a constant supply of new enemies, and sooner or later you will find yourself in its sights.
Yeah I mean they are literally trying to drum up a causus belli for war on liberal states right now. I'm sure they won't stop trying even if they can't goad protesters to violence.
I am a white appearing half Latino—there but by the grace of god go I. I take this fight personally.
I’m surprised by how many latinos (according to research) genuinely believe they are part of the American “white” ethno-fascist in-group. It’s unbelievably bizarre.
In my case, I was born here, raised here, and only know English. Both of my parents wanted me to be as Americanized as possible. I have almost no visible Latino traits.
Despite the odds, I have found myself really resonating with Latino culture as I have gotten older, and have been heavily considering moving south. I am very aware of the privilege I have in this country due to the dice roll of how I look. If my brown brothers and sisters ever want a double agent around here, they’ve got my number.
They probably don't want a double agent. Those are the ones who secretly spy for the other side while pretending to spy for you.
As long as nobody looks at my last name I'm WASP as fuck.
